Our mission is to encourage and lead others to suffer with a purpose. We strive to help others level up in life with an emphasis on spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing. Our goal is to deliver consistent, quality content related to those three pillars. Nate is a Firefighter Paramedic with over 10 years of related experience in public safety. He enjoys the great outdoors including hunting, fishing, running, and working out. He is a follower of Christ, husband, father, co-worker, and church member who has a passion to share his story and motivate others to be the best version of themselves as possible. Several years back, Nate suffered from a lot of work-related trauma that he openly shares in this podcast, and how he overcame those challenges. Nate has a passion to help others in this area as he continues to challenge himself in the three pillars here at Suffer UP. Ryan is a former US Navy Aviation Rescue Swimmer of 8 years and now owns an excavation and landscaping company.
